Fall Fun with a Haunting Halloween Twist!

I'm sitting in the park as I type this, enjoying the amazing Autumn sights, sounds and smells. I couldn't imagine a more perfect afternoon! I've been chasing my kiddos around the playground for the last hour and thought I'd take a quick break to pass along some of our favorite nature crafts for this spectacular, spooky time of year!

Ghost Leaves

A great way to put your afternoon walk nature-collection to good use. Paper hole punch the little face and you're done! These will be adorning our fridge throughout the fall. Tutorial here.
Acorn Pumpkins

Again, how fun to gather while enjoying the fall weather. Then give 'em a quick coat of orange acrylic paint and once they're dry you can get creative with all the fun jack-o-lantern faces! How adorable would these be on a kitchen centerpiece or entry way table? Tutorial here.

How cool to bring the outdoors into your home for a little Halloween fun!

I think I am going to do this on Monday with my little girl. It looks like so much fun to make the little acorn pumpkins.
